(Parts of this pic came out unintentionally blurry because it was towards the end of the shoot and I think the camera lens got smudged without my knowing. Arrrg!)
If there is going to be any sort of theme with my Summer outfits this year, it is definitely going to be rompers. I swear I now have a gazillion that I've collected over the past couple of years. I don't know what it is about them, but they are perfect for me. They are super comfortable, flattering, and I feel like they are so versatile as far as styling is concerned. I can punk them up with my creepers or docs, or be extra girly (as seen above haha) and style them with jellies or flats. The possibilities are endless!
Anyway, this post is in collaboration with Farfetch.com, an amazing online clothing site that sells beautiful, high end pieces worldwide. They recently contacted me and asked if I would be interested in joining a competition where bloggers are asked to style an outfit for the 4th of July, with the winner receiving a $400 dollar voucher to use on the Farfetch site. I happily agreed to take part in this competition, and while I am not super patriotic haha, I thought this little red and blue jumper paired with my turquoise star necklace and sparkly light blue jellies would be an excellent representation of my typical 4th of July outfit. If anything, the ensemble definitely screams "summer bbq" or "beach trip" hehe. So please keep your fingers crossed for me guys! It would be an honor to win this competition, although I know I'm up against some extremely stylish individuals.
And that's it for today! I hope you all have an incredible weekend. And for my U.S. readers, have a happy and safe 4th of July!
Love to you all. =^.^=
