This is one of those outfits I wear when I'm feeling super creative with my style. This over-sized "ugly sweater" is my favorite sweater in the world and those of you who know me have seen me wear it a bagillion times. It's just, I don't know.. awesome haha. I know the weather has been warm the last couple of days but we'll pretend it's a cooler summer bay area day for posting purposes (because it usually is anyway). I wore the sweater over a lace black skater dress in this post for a sort of dressy causual vibbe.. you know.. when you want to dress up a little bit but not look like you're off to a tea party or church or something hahaha. Not that getting all dressed up and girly isn't fun (I mean, obviously.. some of my previous posts will attest to that) but sometimes you just want.. er *I* just want to be a little more rock and roll. And of course, one couldn't have rock and roll without studs, a beanie, and some shiny little creepers. :)
That's it for today. I hope you are enjoying my regular posting habits. Things are looking up over here on the blog front.. some new opportunities are unfolding and the future feels good. Remember to always stay positive and keep both feet on the ground and have complete and total faith and confidence in what you love and the goals and dreams that you want to accomplish. Beautiful things WILL happen. Never give up, as much as you might want to (Lord knows there are days when I want to chuck everything out the window). Life is too precious and lovely to throw away. And for every person out there that doubts you, there is another one who's got your back.
Okay I'm seriously going to stop before I turn into a real life inspirational quote (because we all know inspirational internet quotes are absolutely obnoxious).
Love to you all. =^.^=
