Hello there everyone!  Finally, a full fledged post for you.  I apologize, again, for my two week break.. last week was my husband's birthday so I was pretty preoccupied the entire weekend.  My previous post was short and sweet, with not many pictures to show for it, but now that the sun is back to shining on the regular, I was finally able to snap a fair amount of photos.  I've been trying to find new places to take pictures. but honestly I am so shy that I always end up back at my little secret spot in my neighborhood.  People still manage to walk by and give me weird looks haha, but it's pretty much the only place where I feel most comfortable snapping outfit pics by myself.  Do any of you have any tips on how to overcome shyness and nerves when you're out taking photos?  I swear if I had just a little more of an "I could care less" attitude, I could rule the world. ;)

Ramble as I do, on to today's look.  It is not often that I buy clothing at Target, but when I do, I'm not ashamed to admit it haha.  I actually purchased this romper at Target with work in mind.  Our dress code is all black but pretty flexible, and I thought it would be an awesome change from my usual black skinny jeans and black tee.  For work I wear it buttoned up with black opaque tights and black creepers, but I thought I'd do a little post of me wearing it as I would on a day off when I'm out and about.  Funny enough, the sweater I am wearing is also a Target brand, but I found it one day while I was on a thrifting excursion at Goodwill.  It's hilarious how many compliments I get on this fuzzy little thing.  It is a size small, super cozy, and surprisingly goes with a lot of various items in my wardrobe.  It will surely be fun to style up in future blog posts. :)

Before I go, I wanted to mention that the title of this post is actually a Tame Impala song and it has definitely been my sentiment about life lately.  I tend to worry (like, all of the time, every second of every day) about everything large and small, and lately I have been trying to teach myself that it's okay to just let everything go and let things happen naturally and with ease.  We don't always have control in life, and that's okay, but as long as you allow yourself to free your mind every once in awhile, it can be an incredibly beautiful and peaceful existence within. <3

Thanks so much for reading.  I know it was kind of a long entry today, but that's what I do, I write. :)

Love to you all. =^.^=

  2. I'm seriously speechless! This outfit it's just so amazing! i'm loving that romper and how you paired it with everything <3 <3, your pics are perf!. Besides that, maybe an advice that i can give you is: 1. Pretend that they're not there - i do that when people pass by or 2. Laugh when they give you weird looks - seriously that make them to turn their eyes to another spot!, 'cause i'm shy too but well that's what i do and i think it works a little haha :) . Take care darling <3 :)!

    1. awww thank you so SO much sweet Krissia. You seriously always brighten my spirit with your wonderful words of encouragement. And yes, I think pretending that people aren't around will have to do.. because people will inevitably always be around haha. The trick is not caring. I will definitely try the laughing thing.. or even smiling and striking up a conversation haha. Thanks again love. <33
